All of us wear clothes. We express our identity with the clothing we wear. Many of us replace our wardrobes every few years, or even every season. With the fashion industry booming and clothing companies becoming popular through social media, our clothing purchases have become a central part of our lives.
Unfortunately, many of our unwanted clothes end up as waste. In 2018, landfills received 11.3 million tons of clothing and textiles.
We think a fantastic solution for our growing problem of clothing in landfills is to shop vintage!
What better way to show how much we value Mother Earth’s natural resources than to purchase a vintage item.
Vintage doesn’t necessarily mean purchasing a gown from the 1800s. You can shop vintage items from recent eras too! Our Masculine Collection showcases everything from a 1960s Blue Coverall to 1990s Overalls. Our Feminine Collection has a sultry red dress from the 1960s, a 1980s Teddy Bear Skirt, and a 1940s Green Dress. Shopping vintage can span many eras! Enjoy a one-of-a-kind, eco-friendly top, or a beautifully eye-catching dress or bottom, and feel good knowing you are upcycling and keeping that vintage piece alive!
