    Domestic: Free shipping on orders over $50 (before tax)! International: Flat rate of $24
  • What do I do if a product is out of stock?
    Email us about the product you’re interested in and we can give you an estimate of when we expect it back in stock! Vintage clothing and items are one of a kind. Once these are sold they are no longer available.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    We accept major credit/debit cards when you purchase your order. Payment for purchases made on the Movement Matters Co website must be submitted at the time of purchase.
  • What kind of packaging do you send your products in?
    We ship our products in eco-friendly, recycled, recyclable, and/or compostable packaging.
  • How long does it take to process orders?
    It takes 3 - 5 business days to process orders, but sometimes shorter! Please note that processing time may vary depending on holidays.
  • How long does it take orders to arrive?
    It takes approximately 6 - 10 days for orders to be shipped within the United States. We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. International shipping normally takes 7 - 21 business days. In cases where customs processing is slow, delivery can take up to 6 weeks.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Yes! To see if we ship to your country visit: https://pe.usps.com/text/imm/immctry.htm Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.
  • Can I get my order by a specific date?
    If you need an item by a specific date please email us at contact@movementmattersco.com BEFORE purchasing to find out if we can accommodate it. However, no guarantees can be made on our end.
  • What's the status of my order?
    Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, you can click on the tracking number to view the status of your shipment. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to display. If you have any questions about the status of your order, send us an email!
  • What if I need to change my order?
    If you need us to change an order, please email us at contact@movementmattersco.com right away and include your order number. Changes are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped.
  • How can I edit my shipping address after I already placed an order?
    If your order has an incorrect shipping address, please email us at contact@movementmattersco.com right away. If an order has not yet been shipped, we will try our best to update the shipping address before it ships out for delivery. We are not responsible for any orders that have been sent to the wrong shipping address.
  • What if my package is delayed or lost?
    Check with your neighbors first! Then confirm your shipping address is correct and email us at contact@movementmattersco.com with your order number so we can help. We consider a package to be lost and/or not delivered 7 - 14 business days after the package was shipped. The length depends on the type of postage purchased. Please note that we ship with USPS and losses are insured on a case-by-case basis. A claim can be filed for your item if insurance was purchased. If the claim is not approved by the shipping carrier, replacement of your product will be determined on a case-by-case basis. We are not responsible for and do not offer refunds or exchanges for shipments where a customer did not provide the correct shipping address, for any packages lost by the shipping carrier, or packages that are marked as delivered to the correct shipping address but not received by the customer. We are not responsible for and do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that have not been claimed by the customer or items that are returned due to customer’s non-payment of customs fees. We highly recommend purchasing insurance for your package so we may file a claim, especially for international orders!
  • What’s your return policy?
    This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to all purchases made through the website www.movementmattersco.com (the "Site"). In keeping with our mission, we do not accept returns or issue refunds to minimize the impact on the environment. We thank you for supporting our vision towards an eco-friendly and sustainable world! If you experience any issues with your product, please email us at contact@movementmattersco.com and we will look at them on a case-by-case basis. FOR VINTAGE CLOTHING AND ITEMS ONLY: All sales are considered final. We do not offer returns or exchanges. If there is something significantly wrong with your item that was not accurately described in the item listing, please email us at contact@movementmattersco.com and we will work with you to solve the issue. Small stains, seam tears and pin holes are not considered significant. We do not offer returns or exchanges on fit issues. We can take additional measurements and answer questions or concerns you might have before completing your purchase! FOR NON-VINTAGE CLOTHING ITEMS: If we approve your return and/or exchange request, then online purchases made through the Site are valid for exchange within 30 days from the ship date. All returned or exchanged items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged. Jewelry must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the Packing Slip and customs documents (if applicable). Bath and body products, hair products, face products, oral care products, makeup, personal care products, spa products, sale merchandise, swimwear, earrings and body piercings, clearance items, and gift cards / e-gift cards are all final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless required by law. RETURNS BY MAIL If we approve your return and/or exchange request, then online purchases made through the Site are valid for exchange within 30 days from the ship date. Any shipping charge paid by you is non-refundable unless you received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s). RETURNS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS What is your return policy for international orders?   • What's the difference between our website and Etsy items?
    We sell items on our website as well as our Movement Matters store on Etsy! Our Sustainable Home and Beauty products are sold on our website, and we sell different Vintage Items on our website and Etsy. We sell on Etsy because it is a popular marketplace that allows us to reach a broader audience. We hope in the long run as we continue to grow that we’ll sell all of our products on our own website.
